    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Install wiring, lighting and other electrical components according to the NEC and local codes.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
    • Ability to diagnose problems in wiring and electrical systems and correct them
    • Comply with OSHA standards in the use of power tools, ladders, lifts and handling hazardous materials.
    • Maintain and store tools and equipment properly.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • CURRENT electrician license in Oregon or a reciprocal state: Montana, Arkansas, Idaho, Maine, Utah, Washington or Wyoming
    • Proficient with standard industry tools, techniques, and language
    • Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and with others
    • Must possess a clean driving record
    • Must successfully pass a background check

    Salary:

    Non-Union position with competitive pay:

    • Residential Wireman $38-42

    Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour
